ROC United is a worker center advocating for improved wages and working conditions for restaurant workers across the U.S., and pushing to end subminimum wages for tipped workers.
Volunteers join ROC’s campaigns by rallying outside restaurants known for unfair practices, promoting the One Fair Wage campaign to eliminate the tipped minimum wage (through petitions and legislative visits), training and empowering restaurant workers to speak out, and supporting worker-driven research on industry conditions.
