Jewish Voice for Peace Pittsburgh chapter
JVP Pittsburgh is a chapter of Jewish Voice for Peace, a national, grassroots, multiracial, cross-class, intergenerational organization working in solidarity with the Palestinian freedom movement. We envision a world where all people — from the US to Palestine — live in freedom, justice, equality, and dignity. We are guided by our core values of accountability to Palestinian partners, commitment to Jewish communities, and working for racial justice and collective liberation.
Becoming a member of our grassroots, national membership organization means joining a community of thousands of people working together towards freedom and justice for all from the US to Palestine. Members are the base of JVP. When our membership grows, the movement grows! We welcome new members who want to contribute to educational efforts, local advocacy, media work, mutual aid, and building community.
